The singer filed an assault andbattery lawsuit Wednesday againstSha’keir Duarte, who claimed in anearlier suit that he was injured whena fight erupted between Brown andFrank Ocean’s entourages in January outside a West Hollywoodstudio. Duarte’s lawsuit filed in Augustaccused Brown of being theaggressor. Brown’s countersuitaccuses Duarte of instigating the fightby pushing, kicking and punching theR&B singer and threatening to kill him.
